Industry- Third-Party BPO environment.
The role will be responsible for ensuring noiseless delivery across the accounts, working closely with the onshore teams to support sales opportunities, and moving each of the delivery accounts towards Intelligent (a combination of leveraging AI, robotics, and analytics effectively)
- The primary work today is in End to End HR services to the client.
- Work on solutions, support sales teams, help expand and build current capability footprint, suitable candidate must have hands-on experience in HRO RFP/RFI support, providing HRO solutions to prospects, or setting up HRO operations.
- Engage with various existing support teams (PE / Digital / Analytics) that will help us achieve the results.
- Involvement in HR transformation, consulting engagements, and Hands-on experience in the Digitization of HRO processes will be an added advantage.
- Manage relationships with customers at the senior management level and ensure customer satisfaction
- Establish and maintain robust tracking mechanisms for key indicators of the operations to support decision-making
- Responsible for tracking and driving all process parameters critical to quality for process delivery
- Assist management with career development activities for team members, team leaders, and managers, including performance management, feedback, and training
- Ensure adequate guidance & training of team members to ensure process objectives & Customer requirements are met

- Prior work experience in the HRO space in a third-party organization is essential.
- Need to have management skills to manage large HRO functional teams and take both top-line & bottom-line responsibilities
- Candidate should have the ability to respond rapidly and creatively to address problems and opportunities and to devise solutions that address business needs.
- Proven track record of managing and growing businesses
- Ability to work in a matrix organization and be sensitive to cross-cultural/geographical sensitivities
Ability to create a strategy, implement it and be operational at the same time.

- Education Requirements:- MBA / Masters degree in HR
Work Experience Requirements:
- Experience leading large complex HR BPO operations in the service industry
- Should have been involved in managing and executing large transformation (process and Technology) deals
- Should have been actively involved and made an impact in the business sales pursuits be exposed to Clients, sales enablement, client presentations, solution support, etc.
- Have experience implementing automation, and analytics in HRO processes
