(Our client is a 4 years old Non Banking Financial Company, looking out for a AVP - Human Resource based at Navi Mumbai)

Position - AVP - Human Resource

Location - Mumbai

Qualification - MBA - HR

Experience-

- A post graduate in HR with minimum 5-10 Years of experience, preferably with some NBFC exposure

- Should have good sense of time management, planning & organizing, judgment and analysis

- Adaptability and Comfort in coordination/interaction with internal and external customers

- Experience in strategic planning and execution.

- Knowledge of laws and regulations as relates to employees, compensation and benefits

- Ability to analyze and assess training and development needs.

- Knowledge of organizational development theory and practices.

- Experience in design, development and implementation of salary administration plans and benefit programs.

- Experience in examining and re-engineering operations and procedures, formulating policy, and developing and implementing new strategies and procedures.

- Knowledge of computerized information systems used in human resources applications.

- Ability to motivate teams to produce quality materials within tight timeframes and simultaneously manage several projects.

- Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedule.

Role -

- Provide leadership and coordination of company HR functions, develop and implement corporate HR strategy and programs.

- Create strategic plans for recruitment and selection; training and organizational development, employee engagement and retention.

- Oversee the design and development of compensation strategy and programs to ensure regulatory compliance and competitive salary levels.

- Evaluate procedures and technology solutions to improve human resources data management.

- Recommend and maintain an organizational structure and staffing levels to accomplish company goals and objectives.

- Develop and manage annual budgets for the division and perform periodic cost and productivity analyses.

- Recommend and establish company HR policies and procedures.

- Work with department managers and corporate staff to establish and implement short-term and long-term departmental goals, objectives, policies and operating procedures.

- Serve on planning and policy-making committees.

- Other HR related duties as assigned.
