Must have experience in Infrastructure company, which is in Urban Infrastructure and Highway Projects.

- Heading HR, IR, Administration, Liaison, CSR & Medical functions.

- Overall planning, directing and execution of HR, IR and Admin activities.

- Ensuring necessary legal and statutory compliance.

- Employee engagement activities and communication.

- Building brand image of the company.

- Budgetary controls and cost optimization.
