- Statutory Compliance
- Administrative Activities.Time and Attendance Management, Shift Allocation etc.
- MIS Generation
- Employee Champion
- Implementation of Employee Survey Findings
- Policy Communication & Deployment
- Implementation of Employee Engagement Calendar
- Employee Welfare and Infrastructure Management
- Minimum 12+ year of experience. Strong IR & HR profile. Head IR & HR for entire Plant.
