Job role:
- Provide consultation to Business leadership & line management on human resources related issues.
- Assess and anticipates HR-related needs and develop integrated solutions, programs & policies.
- Manage delivery of HR programs & services to align with the business priorities.
- Lead Manpower planning process & strategies to address the current and future needs of the business.
- Build and execute Commercial Capability development and processes.
- Ensure the deployment of learning framework consisting of Leadership, Foundational and Functional competencies.
- Execute Employee Relations framework across various locations for the end to end HR.
- Re-enforce a performance-driven culture by creating sharply focused accountabilities in the Objective Setting process. Implementation of the full cycle of Performance Management system. Talent Management: Identify high potential, high performing talent, and emerging talent; identify future capability needs; determine development needs; and identify talent retention and critical position vacancy risks.
- Talent Development: Develop talent programs that position high potential, high performing employees for challenging or critical business assignments. Coach Managers in creating IDPs for High Potentials.
- Promote Career Management tools and resources and map career aspirations to further link it to the development of individuals.
- Deployment of Annual Compensation review program, provide budgeting, advice, and guidance to managers, ensuring differentiation & deadlines.
- Work on organizational design and develop appropriate interventions to address individual, team
- Responsible for driving and strengthening the HR processes with a focus on Talent Acquisition, Performance Management System, Employee Relations & Industrial Relations.
- Manpower Planning, Talent Acquisition, Performance Management- objective settings/ reviews/ feedback, Compensation and Benefit administration of incentive plans/ roll out of incentive plans, Talent Development (incl. leadership training), Talent review, Employee Engagement (Gallup) action planning & follow up, Rewards & Recognition, Audits etc.
