Location: Mumbai

Job Role:

Working closely with the Business Line to deliver the people agenda. Play a key role in Talent Acquisition & People Development and career paths. In this role, he/she will support the management to develop and implement HR plans and solutions in order to achieve strategic business initiatives and deliver results. This work includes, but is not limited to, increasing workforce capability, providing change leadership, talent acquisition, talent management/succession planning, learning and development and supporting day-to-day operations as well as on-going process improvement. The major deliverables:

- Manpower planning and budgeting

- Talent Acquisition

- Talent Management

- Learning & Development

- Organisational Development and Performance management

- Spearheading different HR Special projects to analyse various HR data to control cost, attritions, workforce productivity, E-Sat,etc

Job Responsibilities/ Accountability :

- Develop and implement an annual agenda for HR strategy in line with the business plan. Ensure HR plans support the needs of the business but are also flexible enough to cope with changes in the organization, as and when they occur

- Partner with business on workforce planning, succession planning and skills assessment

- Ensure the TAT for recruitments for roles are met

- Review and analyze business unit data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention and employee experience

- Work with line managers and employees to address all types of employee relations issues ensuring a balance in representing all parties- interests

- Implement/administer/interpret corporate policies/programs/procedures

- Partner with managers to retain, develop and motivate people to achieve their fullest potential

- Ensuring L&D plans are followed through with managing the L&D Academy in the organization

- Working with business unit to assess, create and implement innovative solutions for a variety of employee engagement activities, and processes for ongoing feedback to determine gaps or skill enhancement requirements

- Promote the culture of self-motivated learning in the organization

- Developing and implementing policies on issues like working conditions, performance management, an equal opportunity, disciplinary procedures and absence management

- Makes recommendations for changes to existing policies to ensure compliance with new or proposed regulations

- Dealing with grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures

- Manage performance management system, and all promotions at various levels in consultation with all business unit to ensure reflection of competence, diversity, and comparability with like for like roles in across organization.

- Function in a wide variety of situations requiring application of skills in employee counseling, fact-finding and facilitation between employee/manager relationships

- Issuing of Memo, Show cause Notice and Charge sheet to the employees violating the Norms of the organization

- Manage exit processes for staff, carrying out exit interviews etc.
