Hiring for Employee Engagement (AVP HR) - Exp 7 to 10 years

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategy Development:

- Collaborate with senior management and HR teams to develop comprehensive employee engagement strategies aligned with organizational goals and values.

- Conduct regular assessments to gauge employee satisfaction, identify areas for improvement, and develop action plans accordingly.

2. Program Implementation:

- Design and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, including but not limited to recognition programs, team-building activities, wellness initiatives, and professional development opportunities.

- Coordinate with various departments to ensure the seamless execution of engagement programs and events.

- Monitor the effectiveness of engagement initiatives through feedback mechanisms and adjust strategies as needed.

3. Communication and Training:

- Develop communication materials and channels to keep employees informed about engagement initiatives, organizational updates, and opportunities for involvement.

- Conduct training sessions for managers and team leaders on best practices for fostering engagement within their teams.

- Provide coaching and support to managers in addressing employee concerns and promoting a positive work environment.

4. Culture Enhancement:

- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts within the organization to create a culture of belonging and respect.

- Promote a culture of feedback and continuous improvement by facilitating open communication channels and soliciting employee input on organizational processes and policies.

- Organize events and activities that celebrate achievements, milestones, and cultural diversity to strengthen team cohesion and morale.

5. Data Analysis and Reporting:

- Utilize employee feedback surveys, performance metrics, and other data sources to track engagement levels and measure the impact of initiatives.

- Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key findings, trends, and recommendations for improvement.
