- For this leadership-level position, we are looking for an individual with substantial experience in HR, predominantly in recruiting, ideally across multiple segments.
- The candidate must have experience managing an HR team and they will need to mentor the current HR team and build it out further to meet the needs of our growing organization.
- Going forward, the candidate will need to collaborate with executive leadership to identify ways to support long-term mission and goals through talent management.
- The ability to take ownership of and develop initiatives in employee branding, L&D, career progression, employee wellness and other HR areas is mandatory.
- A background in fintech, lending or tech is not mandatory but would be beneficial.
- Ability to manage recruitment across our Mumbai-based corporate office as well as our Bangalore office and our ground sales, collections and tele calling teams will be a plus.
