A GIANT CAPTIVE BANK LOOKING FOR AVP - HRSS - SHARE SCHEME, LOCATION : CHENNAI

Exp: 10+yrs

Qualification: CS, accountancy, tax, legal

Job Description:

- To support the effective delivery of share schemes by administration of processes, activities and leveraging on technology.

- Support identification, track and manage risks relating to shares and robust risk management and governance.

- Ensure the shares team meet its financial targets and identify opportunities to drive cost efficiency and saves.

- Support continuous improvement of shares operations by simple, scaleable and sustainable solutions

- Ensure robust vendor management and governance. Ensure that the vendor delivery is as per defined SLA’s and conduct periodic service review calls/ discussions.

- Ensure process delivery is as per agreed SLA and establish regular review mechanisms. Ensure robust documentation of the POI’s.

- Prepare and track the calendar for all major events in shares
