- Should possess strong process knowledge of HR processes
- 8+ years of relevant experience
- Prior experience in handling teams preferably in banking or HR space
- Excellent knowledge of Excel
- Strong analytical approach to collate data, draw inference and present with recommendations along with action plan
- Open to work in 24- 5 environment including night shifts
- Strong feedback skills
- Self-driven
- Ability to plan and organize
- Able to logically prioritize tasks and work schedules in advance
- Manages own time by concentrating on key tasks
- Ensures processes and control are aligned with established procedure ( SOP's ), protocols
- Has a good understanding of the business and demonstrates a clear knowledge of the interconnection between different processes
- Understands basic business vocabulary/HR glossary
- Is able to suggest potential improvements in productivity/efficiency in processes

- Manage workload through equal and efficient distribution.
- Ensure adherence to all operational targets i.e., NSS, SLA and internal quality
- Analyze the reasons for misses and ensure timely action. Perform detailed RCA with strong preventive controls.
- Ensure efficient internal controls through 4-eye check, SOX report, trainee performance review and issue log analysis
- Regular review with stakeholders with data.
- Must ensure zero escalation.
- Drive continuous improvement.
- Establish synergy across work streams which have direct upstream or downstream link to his/her primary workstream
- People Management: Conflict management, internal assessments, leave planning (adherence to banks guidelines), Contain attrition and Coaching
- Regular performance review. Highlight to immediate Line Manager of any potential issues.
- Must understand Banking industry. Or thorough knowledge of KPO.
