Tasks and Responsibilities

Objectives/Business Responsibilities

- This is a key role critical to the success of the HR Operations and requires the incumbent to have worked in both the OE Domain Expertise and Project Management areas.

- The role supports the implementation of the HR Centre of Excellence. He/she works closely with the HR Operations Head, HR Service Centre Heads and HR Service Management to drive improvement initiatives to attain service excellence across TB&C, optimize the end to end HR process framework, operating model and supported processes.

- The role is responsible for supporting end-to-end projectsacross the HR function seeking areas for continuous improvement.

- This role is responsible for developing tools for project execution and management and creating process risk logs, conducting project reviews and developing metrics to help provide inputs to the Operations Head.

Tasks

- Identify and develop projects to achieve service excellence across the HR function to bring about continuous improvement, stakeholder satisfaction, process optimisation and efficiencies.

- Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support the HR Center of excellence goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.

- Effectively communicate project expectations to stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion while liaising with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis.

- Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans. Also, identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.

Responsibilities

- Use appropriate governance within area of responsibility, i.e. regular management meetings (incl. minutes and action trackers), controls and procedures to escalate and resolve Issues

- Plan and utilize resources proactively and efficiently

- Responsible for delivery and management to assigned budget

- Ensure that areas under management operate without significant operational, financial or reputational risks by performing the necessary control tasks

Professional Qualifications / Personal Competencies

- Experience in leading Black Belt projects in HR or Shared Services Domain resulting in substantial savings

- Exposure in Operational excellence, data analysis and statistical concepts

- High initiative and enthusiasm to drive improvements

- Strong customer orientation and quality mindset

- Six Sigma certification and project handling experience

- Strong familiarity with project management methodology such as Lean Six Sigma, PMP

- Hand on experience in Power point, Excel and other MS office products

- Very good communication skills (oral, written and presentation), stakeholder management skills, able to build relationships across diverse groups in different locations

- High degree of structure and self-organization, deadline focused , strong analytical approach to problem solving

- Ability to interact with multiple global stakeholders todrive change as well as manage conflicts
