AVP - HR Projects - Recruitment - BFSI - IIM/FMS/MDI/XLRI

Role :

- Plan, Lead, mobilize and direct projects of high complexity and scale from project definition to closure. They are responsible for the end to end planning and delivery of one or more projects proactively balancing scope, schedule, budget, risks, team, outcomes and benefits

- Play a people / team management role within the projects / programs they work on

- Identify, lead, implement and drive Change Management of various HR Policies and procedures

- In addition to Project Management tasks the jobholder will be responsible and support the project portfolio in driving Program Management Office strategy in HR.

- Review business plans, meeting papers and requests in order to provide recommendations, background, briefings and reports to the HR.

- Effective communication and provision of information to all stakeholders in the region to support the delivery of HR Risk strategy

- Engage with management to implement the governance framework and execute various planning and administrative activities

- Collaborate with peers within the HR functions towards implementing the HR Risk Governance framework

- Collates all MI on HR operational risk and provides adequate briefing to the Country HR Heads

Experience :

- Minimum of 8-10 years experience in HR service environment.

- Master's degree in HR or related field from Premier Institute

- Effective team player with good inter-personal skills, influencing, persuasion and negotiation skills

- Proven record of Project Management skills/roles/initiatives handled

- Knowledge of diverse personnel culture, values and multi-regional HR policies will be helpful.

- Interacts with management and senior customer personnel on matters requiring coordination across organizational, country, or regional lines
