AVP HRO Operations (US PAyroll)

Looking for Leaders with extensive experience in handling HRO Operations specialized in US Payroll operations.

- Should be a domain expert in US Payroll with hands on expertise in handling delivery of large team sizes.

- Should be a good people manager with strong client facing expertise.

- Should be keen investigator in process Improvement and implementing effective Improvement measures and Solutions.

- Will work very closely with the presales and Solutioning and playing an Advisory role in any new deal acquisition or new offering.

- Open to looking at leaders from captive or Shared services with extensive experience handling US Payroll operations with end to end understanding of Global HRO Operations.
