JOB PURPOSE:

- Manage the employee life cycle, ensuring implementation of policies and benefits. Ensure compliance to all statutory and regulatory requirements. Manage all HR databases and HR processes with the support of the HR Shared Services. Lead all major HR Projects.

ACCOUNTABILITY:

Responsible managing the employee life cycle, formulation and implementation of HR Policies:

- Interface with employees for on boarding activities

- Employee Benefits Management

- Expat Management

- Payroll Inputs

- Exit Formalities

- No of employees joining and leaving the organization

- Ease of the implementation of HR processes

- Accuracy of payroll inputs

Responsible for all statutory labour compliance:

- PF & Gratuity

- Labour Law Compliance

- Shops & Establishment Act

- Filing of all monthly, quarterly and annual returns on time

Owner for all HR data:

- Maintain all HR related data with the support of CIHRS

- Manage the interface with CIHRS

- Ensure accurate HR reports are available as required

- Accuracy & timely delivery of HR data/reports

Risk sponsor for the HR team :

- PS controls

- RCSA exercise

- DLP actions

- BIA plan

- BCP planning for HR

- PS controls to be completed with good quality

- Risk assessment exercise to be completed for HR on time

- Close actions with regard to DLP cases

Single point of contact for all inspections & audits:

- Handle all audits – Statutory& financial

- Manage all inspections

- No of recommendations/ counsels from inspection/ NCs from audit

Responsible for all communications from HR dept:

- HR page on Connect

- Communications from Head HR

- Timely roll out of communications and content accuracy

Responsible for crèche :

- Manage the enrollment process for creche

- Contractual formalities and adherence to agreed norms

- Number of children enrolled

- Quality of services of the creche

Responsible for interface with vendors :

- Ensure timely deliveries

- Develop good relationship

- Compliance to statutory norms

- Service levels – turn around time,

- Timely roll outs and content accuracy

Coordination with e Event Management like High profile Visits, Company functions:

- Conceptualization/Support/ implementation.

- Adhering to the guidelines

- Timely roll outs and content accuracy
