AVP HR Operations with SBI Card & Payment Services
JOB PURPOSE :
Applies strategic and business targets to HR processes, products and services. Acts as the primary, trusted HR advisor and coach to line managers in people management & HR practices. Manage HR Operations Support team of SBI Card to provide efficient and quality HR Connection services to all employees in the Region.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Through strong collaboration with Business, Project Management Office and HR team, successfully transition all HR Operations and Payroll & Benefits activities into SBI Card.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the HR Operations support team in all operational HR issues including payroll and drive change management through ERP system launch & its integration with payroll suite & other applications as part of HR transition.
- Drive and accelerate change by ensuring simplified & standardized processes, technology support.
- Ensure day-to-day execution of service level commitments, including rigorous quality and audit reviews, timely & proactive management of escalations / service failures.
- Ensure compliance, service excellence and continuous process improvement, leveraging Lean methodology.
- Partner with HR, Finance and other business teams to ensure robust, accurate and timely service
- Collaborate with Finance, HR and other business teams to ensure delivery of streamlined & standardized processes through digitization
- Build Strong supplier mgmt. relationships with rigorous focus on 3rd party service execution, ongoing operating rhythms, process & costs controls.
- In partnership HR Team, ensure seamless win to- wing processes and one face to the customer & HR Business partners.
- Ensure simplification efforts are fully aligned with business imperatives & standards and HR Operations is in a - ready state- to roll out new processes and platforms in a timely manner
- Drive operational performance through strong people leadership, customer relationship management, operational rigor and leveraging metrics to drive operational improvements
- Ensure processes are compliant with relevant and local regulatory laws and SBI Card policies.
- Apply appropriate metrics/methodology to assess change impact, mitigate risk and analysis the root causes of issues.
EXPERIENCE :
A minimum of a Master's degree in Human Resources or Operations Management coupled with minimum 8+ years of HR Experience with at least 5+ years of HR Operations experience/exposure.

Essential :
- Strong attention to detail, analytical acumen, intellectual curiosity, creativity, a proven work ethic, and good communication skills.
- Microsoft Access, PowerPoint, and Excel experience
- Ability to objectively analyze current practices, identify improvement opportunities, build consensus and drive implementation
- Demonstrate strong influencing and problem solving skills
- Strong conflict resolution skills & ability to manage competing priorities & monitor project implementation
- Strong working knowledge of HR policies, processes & practices
Desirable :
- Experience in HR Project Management
- HRIS Systems Experience a plus (Taleo, Peoplesoft), Oracle Enterprise BI suite a plus.
- Experience in handling tools such as Hyperion/EPM, SQL, Tableau, and OBIEE, MS SharePoint
- Experience leading with LEAN management principles
- Cultural awareness & sensitivity: ability to flex style to suit differing cultural norms and experience of leading a culturally diverse team
Salary Offered : 12-15 LPA
