JD:
- Through strong collaboration with Business, Project Management Office and HR team, successfully transition all HR Operations and Payroll & Benefits activities.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the HR Operations support team in all operational HR issues including payroll and drive change management through ERP system launch & its integration with payroll suite & other applications as part of HR transition.
- Drive and accelerate change by ensuring simplified & standardized processes, technology support.
- Ensure day-to-day execution of service level commitments, including rigorous quality and audit reviews, timely & proactive management of escalations / service failures.
- Ensure compliance, service excellence and continuous process improvement, leveraging Lean methodology.
- Partner with HR, Finance and other business teams to ensure robust, accurate and timely service
- Collaborate with Finance, HR and other business teams to ensure delivery of streamlined & standardized processes through digitization
- Build Strong supplier mgmt. relationships with rigorous focus on 3rd party service execution, ongoing operating rhythms, process & costs controls.
- In partnership HR Team, ensure seamless win to- -wing processes and one face to the customer & HR Business partners.
- Ensure simplification efforts are fully aligned with business imperatives & standards and HR Operations is in a - ready state- to roll out new processes and platforms in a timely manner
- Drive operational performance through strong people leadership, customer relationship management, operational rigor and leveraging metrics to drive operational improvements
- Ensure processes are compliant with relevant and local regulatory laws and policies.
- Apply appropriate metrics/methodology to assess change impact, mitigate risk and analysis the root causes of issues.
