Job Role:
- Lead the Onboarding and Employee Data Management processes within India HR Shared Services team across different entities and location within India.
- Manage team, stakeholders (Candidates, Recruiters, HRBPs, HR teams etc.) across different locations, entities and team for daily BAU, New Enhancements, Updates / Implementation.
- Manage expectations from business / stakeholders and work in close partnership within the teams to ensure customer delight.
- Implement / follow the HRSS governance model to ensure regular updates provided to business owners / stakeholders.
- Ensure that the team manages the daily operations tasks efficiently and follows SOPs, Maker and Checker for every process.
- Responsible of monthly, payroll cut-off audits, Lead statutory audits, Formulate and Implement Risk and Control measures for processes / BAUs managed.
- Ensure Business continuity through cross training of resources Partner / Handle new projects within agreed timeframes in collaboration with stakeholders and adhering to regulatory compliance and controls.
- Prepare Dashboards and KPIs showcasing health of the HRSS deliveries / processes centralized.
- Understand HR tools and systems, Improve existing HR operations processes and create efficiency by automating manual processes.
- Setting objectives and goals for the team and also track progress.
Candidate Requirements for the role:
- At least 10 years experience in managing India HR Operations in a lead role
- Minimum 5 years experience in Team / People management
- Worked in HR Shared Services profile for large organizations.
- Preferably having experience of working with MNC Banking Captive / Financial Services Institutions
- Very good communication & presentation skills.
- Knowledge of Excel / advance Excel.
- Confident & mature
- Ability to deal with pressure and complexities.
