AVP - HR Manager - IT

We have an opening with an MNC for a role of HRM based in Bangalore.

Required:

5 to 8 years of experience in HR generalist role with experience in:

- Employee engagement

- HR fundamentals and Process training

- Employee Relations

- Performance Management

- Career Development; career planning

- Talent assessment, acquisition and retention

- MBA in HR (Preferred premier B school)

- IT / Technology / Commercial industry background preferred.
