AVP HR for a leading FMCG Company
Position: AVP HR - L&D and Business HR Partner - Sales & Marketing
Reports To: Exec VP HR
Location: Mumbai
Key responsibilities:
1. Will head the learning and development function
- Build talent capability to deliver long range objectives.
- Develop a range of leadership and managerial capability building initiatives which build a stronger leadership pipeline.
- Ensure development focus leads to stronger employee engagement and retention of top talent
2. Strengthen and enable the culture building process around collaboration, meritocracy and openness through strong OD interventions
3. Lead & build on the career management process and ensure implementation of career roadmap leading to robust pipeline planning for people
4. Lead HR as the Business partner with the Sales and marketing organizations. Ensure talent in these critical functions becomes a source of competitive advantage
- Right structuring and quality of people.
- Strong engagement & development initiatives to ensure retention
- Compensation, Rewards and incentive systems at the field force to ensure productivity.
Team and reporting relationship: Will be responsible for managing a six member team
Ideal candidate is 2000-04 batch from premier institutes (XLRI, TISS, SIBM) who have exposure to strong people processes in large organisations
