We are currently looking for AVP-HRIS with one of our reputed client.Please find below the details for the same:

Position: AVP-HRIS

Location: HYDERABAD

Experience- 9-12 years

JOB RESPONSIBILITY -

1. Responsible for managing and upgrading PeopleSoft HRMS

2. Working as a Functional Consultant, liasoning between the HR and the IT team to facilitate implementation and upgradation of various HR applications

3. Facilitating and streamlining MIS reporting for HR and Compensation team.

4.HR Consulting - Recommended to identify and streamline some key

5. HR Shared Service - Instrumental in building and managing the HR Shared service team to support all regions of globally for PeopleSoft HRMS transactions.

Candidates Eligibilty:

1.HR with 9-12 years of experinec in HRIS

2.PeopleSoft HRMS support, customisation and implementation experience.

3.Experience in setting up and managing teams

4.HR Process re-engineering
