- Advice, counsel, and support on policies, processes, employment and labour laws, conflict resolution, change management, and development resources to promote a fair and equitable work environment.
- Partner with people (leaders and team members) on talent processes to ensure talent needs, diversity, equity, and inclusion considerations are met.
- Proactively manage employee relations cases, informing, consulting, and partnering with employment legal counsel as appropriate.
- Participate in building the capability of people, leaders, and team members through training, development, and coaching
