Our Client a Leading MNC Bank, has following requirement for HR Generalist. The Applicant will be placed at Ludhiana and would be handling Ludhiana & Jammu & Kashmir Locations.

Educational Qualification : Two Years full time MBA in HR

Job Title : HR Generalist

Grade : AVP

As a HR team member, you would be required to work closely with the Business Unit leadership team as HR Generalist.

Responsibilities :

- Build strong partnership & provide HR support to the leadership team of the region in order to achieve objectives, ensure alignment between Business Plan & the employee constituency.

- Lead culture, change management, organizational & employee initiatives across region.

- Hands on leadership of HR professional to manage the implementation of HR initiatives & services in the region to achieve business objectives.

- Lead staffing and on boarding of new joinee to address the people strategy.

- Ensure compliance to all statutory requirements as per law, pro-actively identify & ensure that no gaps on matters pertaining to compliance exist.

Ideal Candidate :

- Understands the fundamentals of HR processes & Strategic thinking ability with hands on approach.

- Two years full time MBA from a Reputed Institute.

- 6 to 10 years post qualification experience in Human Resources in a generalist role.
