- Experience of working in an HR environment in a business partnering.
- Exposure and understanding of employee life cycle including payroll, people related perspectives and industry practices.
- Understanding and knowledge of Regulatory Compliance
- Thorough knowledge of HR policies, organization policies, procedures & practices, and statutory guidelines.
- Vendor Management and Governance
- Ensure adherence to both internal compliance and external regulatory requirements
- Employee lifecycle management
