AVP - HR Business Partner - Wholesale Banking Vertical

Our Clients, a Leading Private Bank is looking out for a AVP-HR for its Wholesale Banking Operations vertical reporting to the Regional HR Head.

- The person should be a MBA - HR from Tier 1/2 with strong experience in HR Business partnering role in the Banking and Financial Services sector.

- The person should have a very good HR expertise and understanding of the Wholesale Banking Operations to partner effectively.

- The HRBP would be responsible for providing human resource leadership and guidance on the full spectrum of HR policies/practices/strategies for the business.

- The person would be looking after the entire gamut of the HR function including Talent Acquisition which would be one of the major areas of his role.

- The individual should be a smart, aggressive and assertive professional with excellent Stakeholder management skills.
