Candidate Profile
- Professional qualification in a field related to HR is preferred
- 8-12 years of experience, capable of taking quick decisions when required
- Mature and balanced individual with high level of drive and energy
Functional Competency:
- Exposure to IT or Technology function is a must
- Understands own function within group and industry context, articulates priorities, frames the right strategic questions and adapts short term plans as business priorities
- Critical thinking ability to support business related decisions, ability to challenge status quo and drive progressive change improvement
