HR Business Partnering:
- Builds and maintains effective working relationships with leaders and employees to provide guidance and counsel on a variety of HR and business-related issues on both strategic and tactical levels
- Manage and resolve employee issues
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of compliance requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, ensuring regulatory compliance by partnering with the legal department as and when required
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention
- Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation
- Provide counsel and drive execution on manpower planning and organizational design
- Provide guidance to line managers on matters related to performance, talent Development, retention
- Implement HR best practices for key HR processes including performance management, compensation planning, workforce/capability planning, and talent management
- Collaborate with other HR team members of Corporate HR,HR Operations, Learning & Development for projects and assignments, as per requirement
- Oversee and execute implementation of HR and/or business initiative in assigned business units
- Provide project management support in driving of strategic projects and change management initiatives
- Participate in assigned business unit's business and performance reviews
Talent Acquisition:
- Ensure management of entire recruitment process keeping in line with the strategic direction and growth of the organization
- Provide a central approach and ensure adherence to recruitment process and guidelines
- Have deep understanding of the role purpose, reporting lines, job descriptions, job specifications , skills set, behavioral and personality attributes
- Utilize multiple sourcing methods and mediums including social media, job portals, career section of official portal, internal job postings to source the best talent from relevant sectors
- Identify talent with the right skills, right experience, right behavioral attributes and also assess the cultural fitment
- Conduct detailed proficiency and behavioral based interviews and assessments to ensure candidates skills and qualification match the job requirements
- Ensure zero deviation from the TAT and timely closure of mandates assigned
