Qualification : MBA- HR
To play the role of a strategic business partner to the client relationship being supported:
Major Activities :
- To prepare the People Strategy and Roadmap for the client relationship in conjunction with the business which helps achieve the desired people outcomes for the business
- To lead the HR team for the client to implement and deliver as per defined service standards and timescales
- To enhance SBU HR team and Operations Managerial effectiveness to drive the People Strategy and provide a good experience to the employees
- To ensure strong client and stakeholder management
- Liaise with the Corp HR Team to provide suitable and impactful organizational level people solutions for the client relationship
- To understand business trends and provide solutions in line with the industry best practices.
- Be the - Touch point- for escalated issues related to people
- Be the - Point of contact- for other HR functions like Recruitment, L&D, C&B etc
- Lead special projects aimed at bringing better people solutions, both at client relationship and org level
- Create Communication and HS&E Plans
Talent Management :
- To ensure - right- talent is sourced for the - right- position
- Ensure PMS - Goal Setting, 1-0-1- s, HYR, Annual appraisals are happening on time for the client relationship and ensuring alignment to company goals
- Manage the entire TRP process including EDGE for the client relationship - identify key resources, ensure IDP's are created on time and with required quality, L&D interventions are planned and executed as per skill/competency requirement, with desired outcomes
- Succession Planning process is devised for the client relationship and is regularly monitored and reviewed
- Devise Career Progression plans for the key talent and monitor to success
Retention and attrition management - drive employee engagement across the client relationship
- Study attrition trends in the client relationship and devise action/impact/mitigation plans
- Implement client relationship retention and attrition plan based on tenure, key talent, role etc
- Study industry trends and advise business on key best practices
- Look at existing retention and reward systems and provide/suggest solutions as per business needs
- Devise band and location wise employee engagement plan and calendar for ESAT and engagement improvement
Compliance on all required parameters :
- Design systems and checks to continuously monitor and ensure that all processes and procedures (related to payroll, PMS cycle, etc.) are adhered to in the client relationship
- Ensure compliance to all regulations related to HR, SOX and internal audits
- Develop processes and checks for the compliance of any new regulation
