HR Strategy and Operations
- Acts as a strategic HR partner to the business and plays an advisory role on all talent matters.
- Ability to build a strong connect with the business group and partner with Functional heads to build Talent retention strategies.
- Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the HR team to develop solutions, programs and policies.
- Works closely with Senior HR Business Partner on ideation, discovery, evaluation and execution of new HR programs, followed up with Robust communication plan.
- Assists in managing the headcount planning and budgeting process for assigned client groups
- Supports the Global Talent Management team with executing projects in support of the strategic agenda
- Partners with the Senior HRBP, Client Groups and Compensation team to act as an advisory on new roles/functions being set up in the region as well as for execution of the annual compensation process to ensure pay-for-performance and by providing managers with relevant market data to aid in decision-making.
- Work with HRBP to research and assists in organizing learning and development opportunities. Assists in determining needs, selecting providers and overseeing course set-up logistics and measurement & review of the ROI via feedback.
- Provides support to Senior HRBP in terms of day-to-day performance management guidance (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, individual development plans, performance improvement plans, disciplinary actions)
- Serves as a key contact for employee questions on a variety of HR matters; provides HR policy guidance and interpretation
HR Tools/Reporting/Automation :
- Work extensively on the HRMS platform (Workday) and drive process efficiencies and automation
- Work on creating robust executive reporting and dashboards for India level reporting.
- Work on designing and administering HR surveys using tools like Glint, Cvent, Mentee, Qualtrics, etc.
- Administration of Benefits tools and apps both for internal needs as well as for ease of administration for employees.
