AVP - HR Business Partner - General Insurance

Overview:

HRBP plays a pivotal role in aligning human resources strategies with the overall objectives of the organization. This position requires a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in strategic planning, stakeholder management,employee relations & employee engagement, grievance handling,POSH,disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.

Responsibility:

1.Foster strong partnerships with stakeholders to drive alignment between HR initiatives and business priorities.

2.Lead efforts to maintain a positive work environment and address employee relations issues in a fair and consistent manner.

3.Mentor and handle a team of HR Business Partners, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.

4.Engaging in interviews, to gauge candidate fitment with the company Values & Culture.

5. Ensure retention of Key Performers, through strategic interventions and proactive planning.

6. Undertake & drive multiple employee engagement activities for the assigned region

7. Management of all employee related Grievances for the assigned region.

8. Management of all Disciplinary Cases for the region. This would entail alignment with all statutory regulations, internal policies and stakeholder management.

Skill Sets Required:

Experience - 11+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 4+ years in a leadership role.

Strong understanding of HR best practices.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.

Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable HR plans.

Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
