AVP - HR Business Partner - Financial Firm

We are looking out for AVP - HRBP Role with a Financial Firm based in Bangalore

The role involves -

- The role is accountable for strategic and operational leadership in HR for all employees based in Bangalore.

- Play a key role in the build-up of Bangalore as a location

- Ensure that the culture in Bangalore is aligned to GBS India culture.

- Work with centers of excellence such as PRB, Learning, and ER to ensure that all HR policies and programs are executed as per plan.

- Engage with business managers to support key initiatives from a people perspective.

Also,

- Improve managerial & leadership capability through structured interventions such as development programs, coaching etc

- Influence business managers to take more effective decisions around people matters

- Facilitate complex people issues for resolution in line with company policy and local laws

- Provide advice and guidance on all HR operational areas to key segment stakeholders within confined guidelines
