- To lead and manage HR activities required to support the establishment and the ongoing people development agenda

- To lead the co-ordination and implementation of activities initiated by the People Work stream such as, talent identification and succession planning, learning and development initiatives and implementing a career architecture model.

- To source capabilities in key skill areas to enable the establishment of centres of excellence delivering continuous improvement in processes and service.

- To provide HR guidance and support to Leadership Team related initiatives and major change

- To support the HR Lead in designing a world class HR function by delivering the right People Strategy and partner to demonstrate the value of HR function to the business.

- Accountable of providing consultative support to the stakeholders, involve in strategic and analytical based decisioning, ability to right skill the function, attract and retain talent and ensure best practices are leveraged and implemented to drive process efficiency.

- Work with business partners to ensure completeness of employee review process (mid-term and year-end), facilitate the calibration process and work around building a pool of key talent.

- Work with the business to facilitate the roll out and implementation of career paths development strategy for grade levels 6 to 8, devise succession plans, identify successors and map the skills gaps between current and future roles

- Review and recommend innovative recognition schemes to management to ensure improvement to staff retention and to recognize performance.

- Provide managers with guidance on disciplinary and grievance procedures and drive initiatives related to MC's and lateness

- Ensure effective handling of relocations, movements, transfers and promotions through communication, database updates and compensation. This includes overseeing and managing the Expatriate Management team and to ensure that proper guidelines and procedures are adhered to
