- This role is the Associate Vice President - HR Business Partner for eCommerce firm.

- A relevant post-MBA experience in HR Business Partner, Employee Engagement, Grievances handling, Process Excellence etc

- Preference is for candidates who have experience in a distributed network environment across India and from either of Supply chain/Logistics/Courier/Delivery business domain

Qualification:
