We are looking for a AVP - HR Business Partner (Individual Contributor) for a client with a global presence based at Delhi/NCR.

Reporting to : Head HR

Industry : KPO / Captive

Shift Timings : Regular, 5 days working

CTC : Industry Standards

Experience : 12+ years of exp in HR domain, preferably in KPO / Captive BPO

Education : Graduate - Regular ; Must have a Full-time Post Graduate Degree / Diploma in HR

Principal Purpose of the Job :

This position will provide HR consultative and business-focused services to the People Leaders and employees in. Key accountability of BHR will be spearheading HR function on Operations floor, ensure effective implementation of all HR policies; devising process improvement initiatives within/ on operations floor in addition to administering of programs for talent management and development coaching/guidance to people leaders and employees, employee engagement, employee relations, employee communications, safety initiatives, and day to day HR support across the business.

Main Accountabilities :

1. Work closely with leaders and employees to understand the business complexities, improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention

2. Partner with leaders and managers to develop direct reports and talent through avenues such as employee assessment programs, career development plan, employee discussions

3. Support the Employee life cycle and activities such as New Hire Orientation, Onboarding, Training and Development, Recognition

4. Act as a consultant to the leaders / managers on HR initiatives, people processes and policies; Educate and communicate through mediums such as Power Hour sessions

5. Resolve complex employee relations problems and address grievances ensuring fair, consistent and proper resolution in consideration of company policy, procedures and values

6. Maintain general HR MIS with 100% accuracy. Analyze data to present meaningful trends to support organization level objectives

7. Lead HR initiatives to drive performance management, employee development, talent development, engagement surveys, site level engagement initiatives, adherence to company policies and procedures
