We are looking for AVP -HRBP Role for one of our esteemed clients . Location of the Job would be Noida.
- Exp. of 8 to 12 years
- Exp. in HRBP Role - Included PMS, C&B, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations
- Business Partnering - To drive HR agenda in alignment with business strategy involving close coordination with business leadership & HR COEs.
- Employee Engagement - Driving annual employee engagement survey, quarterly pulse survey. Working on action plan based on survey result & ensuring implementation of plans. Driving reward & recognition, town hall meeting, exit interview, skips level meetings.
- Talent Management- Identification of HI Pos as per NSN defined process (based on Lominger model) . Devising retention & career growth plan for these set of employees .Coach and guide line managers on 360 feedback reports, personal development plan, internal hiring & promotions.
- Performance Management - Ensuring & driving timely completion of annual objective setting & review, performance evaluation, PE calibration & normalization, PIP, PDP as per guidelines.
- Annual compensation planning - Complete ownership of annual compensation planning & mid - year increment.
- Reward & Recognition - Partnering with business to implement structured R&R. Driving and creating a culture of R&R as per company policy and frame work.
- Policy formation & administration.
- Regular assignments / Projects that help in transforming HR into business partner.
