AVP - HR Business Partner - BFSI Captive - IIM/XLRI/TISS/SCMHRD

We are looking for a HR Business Partner at an AVP Level. This role is based in Hyderabad. We are looking candidates only from Premier Institutes.

Our Client is the largest, captive, banking and financial services off shoring organization in the world.

He will be working very closely with Senior Leadership Business heads and HRBP Team to drive business performance, ensure the provision of a pro - active, comprehensive and world class HRBP service

- Support Business Leaders in building capability through identifying top talent and development of top players

- To support the business leaders in raising the performance bar by building a strong and rigorous development culture and relevant learning solutions.

- Partner globally with HR colleagues to ensure consistent application of processes.

- Participate in key strategic projects such as the business transformational programs

- As a senior HR Business Partner he will play a key role in embedding the change and making it stick. The candidate must have around of total 5 years - 10 years HR experience out of which few years should be in BFSI / Financial experiences.
