AVP - HR Business Partner - BFSI/BPO - IIM/XLRI/SCMHRD/TISS

Our esteemed MNC client is looking for following professional :

Position : AVP - HR

Experience : 8-12 years

Qualification : MBA in HR from Tier-1 B Schools only

Location : Delhi NCR/Gurgaon/ Noida

Role and Responsibilities :

- Will be responsible for business partnering role for 1200-1500 employees.

- Will be responsible for strategy planning, employee relations, performance management, Organisation development.

- The role is an Individual Contributor role which reports to Head HR.

- Incumbent will be required to handle end to end ownership of the People Charter - Stakeholder Management,

- Responsible for leading key SBU level initiatives - Employee Value Proposition, Engagement strategy for the year
