The HR Business Partner strategically partners with Technology functions in businesses to drive the people agenda in helping deliver the business strategy, in close collaboration with other HRGs in and central HR COEs

The key responsibilities includes:

- As an effective business partner, work closely with the business heads and their management teams to understand, anticipate and provide solutions on people matters.

- Play an important role in attracting the ‘right’ talent internally from other businesses/countries and externally.Develop market intelligence to strategically advice business managers.

- Partner with business to identify and retain key talent.

- On-going engagement with the client population to ensure effective HR support and coverage. Develop and implement appropriate communication processes and interventions on an on-going basis.

- Talent Development & Deployment - Facilitate in identifying, nurturing and deploying talent effectively. Partner with the Business Heads and Talent and L&D team to build people capability.

- Drive active employee engagement; be seen as a “go to HR”; implement specific engagement initiatives that help achieve a highly engaged employee population across the varied businesses that CSIL houses.

- Close partnering with business heads on influencing decisions on compensation and benefits – year-end actions as well as key hires; Ensure consistent implementation of decisions.

- Partner with compensation specialist team to lead an efficient and coordinated annual year-end compensation process for the business.

- Maintain an integrated working relationship with Regional HR and Business Management teams

Skills/Competencies

- Proven results in delivering bottom line performance improvements in a high growth market through HR strategy, policy and plans.

- Adept in working in matrix structures.

- Proven track record of turning concept and theory into pragmatic, deliverable solutions.

- Able to influence senior managers and partners across the business.

- Act as an internal consultant. Demonstrate knowledge of leading edge thinking in HR.

- Ability to lead HR resources to deliver solutions with requisite responsiveness.

- Highly developed communication/presentation and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to prioritize, analytical thinker, make trade-off/tough decisions.

- Facilitate the process of change within the business.

- High business ethics and standards.

- Should be self-driven and passionate with excellent communication skills
