Responsibilities:
1. Embedding people strategy throughout the business and will have local responsibility for that business by identifying and developing solutions based on business priorities and organizational analysis.
2. Coach managers in leading teams, living the company's values, and conforming to standard policies/processes.
3. Guide business managers through change management initiatives including organization design / evolution / development, smart sourcing, restructuring, etc.
4. Assist Employees and Managers with Employee Relations Issues.
5. Monitor employee relations issues from HRS Functional Specialist to identify trends or business impact and recommend corrective actions.
Preferable Candidate:
- HR Professional of minimum 9 years of experience, ideally with experience in Business Partner role from Offshore, captives, Technology Centers.
- Ability to work in pressurized time periods and in a virtual work environment
- Ability to effectively manage and coordinate large groups of senior stakeholders
- Experience of producing statistics/analytics
Qualification: Tier 1/2 B-School
