AVP HRBP - Technology
Responsibilities:
- Candidate should be able to drive and partner the complete gambit of all employee related processes like performance management, talent management, reward and succession etc
- Is able to partner in driving an end to end life cycle of an employee and also able to advise on various Human Capital matters.
- Demonstrate ability to thrive in a fast paced, collaborative, team-based culture and is able to problem solve, design and execute people priorities.
- Lead and proactively participate in HR projects and key identified HR priorities.
- Experience of being a HR Business partner having worked with global and regional stakeholders.
- Experience in managing end to end employee life cycle management
- Experience in managing site responsibility as site leader.
- Must have experience in managing HRBP portfolio for technology vertical
- Hands on experience in stakeholder management
- Strategic mindset and excellent communication skills
