Job Description - As the HR Business Partner, the scope of your role will include:

- Providing a range of HR support and consultation to the banking vertical

- Partner and work closely with the centralized HR teams to implement processes and programs (including performance management, learning & development, compensation reviews among others)

- Drive and facilitate multiple business HR projects

- Play a consultative role with the business and provide inputs on an ongoing basis

- Manage day-to-day operations and relationships

- Work closely with senior stakeholders across geographies – nationally and internationally

The Successful Candidate - As a successful candidate, you carry 5-7 years of experience and must be in a pure HR Business Partner role currently. You must be working with an MNC bank and are well-versed with HR processes and frameworks in a matrix organisation. You have a proven track record of practical application of all HR disciplines and have covered them in multiple business environments. Strong change management skills and ability to build relationships quickly are a must along with excellent communication skills. You come from a top tier B-School and have the flexibility to manage very high volume of workload during peak evening hours.
