Key Responsibilities :
1. Implementing and maintaining HRMS effectively.
2. Manage (MIS) for insightful, data-driven decision-making.
3. Design and administer compensation and benefits programs that align with organizational objectives and industry standards.
4. Conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure competitive compensation structures and benefits offerings.
5. Manage employee salary reviews, bonus distributions, and incentive programs.
6. Coordinate with various stakeholders for accurate and timely processing of payroll and related activities.
7. Possess thorough knowledge of payroll compliances such as; PF, EESIC, Gratuity, Bonus.
Requirements:
1. Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP, CCP) preferred.
2. Proficiency in advanced MS Excel skills, and data analysis tools.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
4. Capable to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
4. Mature outlook with the capability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
