Ou clients have identified highly potential niche segments and would be using a state-of-the-art technology platforms which are being brought into India for the first time. Our clients aim to build leadership positions in their domain within the next 2-3 years. Both companies have launched their business operations in Mumbai about 1 year back with plans to establish branches & presence all across India over the next three years. By then, they aim to have an asset base of Rs 1,000 Cr and over 500 employees.

We have 2 vacancies for two different companies within the same group. One of the companies is in BFSI domain and the other in Analytics domain.

Both companies have currently headcounts of around 25 each and aim to ramp up the numbers of each company to 100-150 within the next 1 year.

Job Profile: AVP HR based in Mumbai. Will Head the function and be responsible for the HR & Administration of the organisation. Will lead a small team

Major Job Responsibilities

- Manpower Planning and sourcing strategies

- Develop relationships with search companies & build network for hiring

- Large scale Talent Acquisition, Selection & recruitment

- Develop HR/IR/Personnel Policies, Performance Management Systems and their implementation

- Organise employee engagement activities

- Design compensation and benefit schemes for the employees

- Human Resource Information System and HR operations like leave, salary administration, salary revision, confirmations, benefit administration etc.

- Develop a training and development plan based on need analysis and its implementation

Candidates Profile: MBA (2 years fulltime) having 8 to 14 years of experience in handling HR & Admin function independently in BFSI or any service Industry. Exposure to start-ups & setting up and manning operations/offices across India will be an added advantage. We are looking at HR professionals who can work independently, build HR policies/systems, create & man branch offices and have the excitement and professional challenge to grow with a new organisation in a niche domain
