About the Client :

- Our client is one of the leading IT Services organizations headquartered in Bangalore with a global presence and employs over 6000 + people

Detailed Job Description:

- Drive the hiring and recruitment strategy for the organisation across locations and geographies by establishing robust processes and governances which are aligned to industry best practices

- Oversee and improve overall candidate hiring & onboarding experience. - Lead, mentor and scale up the talent acquisition team across locations.

- Responsible for review and revision of talent acquisition policies and procedures including recruitment TAT/SLAs/Cost

- Build a stronger in-housing direct sourcing function; leading a team of TA Leaders focused on internal or direct sourcing channels utilization as well as leveraging new channels

- Drive design and implementation of highly effective results-driven talent research strategies and practices for domestic and international global research talent mapping and competitive intelligence

- Use market data and knowledge of talent pools to develop sourcing plans and strategies and translate this to a fact-based recommendation to the hiring team manager or internal stakeholders

- Conduct confidential research and talent identification to identify best-in-class talent at lateral & leadership levels for the organization

- Discovering and exploiting new efficient effective and sustainable candidate channels to meet current and future leadership talent needs.

- Provide external benchmark candidate recommendations to establish and support a more rigorous process around internal leadership searches.

About the Candidate :

- Overall 18 + years of experience with at least 12-15 years in talent acquisition role with an MBA from a premier institution.

- At least 4-5 years in a Leadership role in talent acquisition driving niche and strategic hiring preferably with a large Software / Product /Engineering Services/ Cloud organisation

- Should come with experience in the entire gamut of Operations, Support, Tech and Corporate roles.

- Experience of working in a fast-moving environment with a strong focus on delivery.

- Exposure in transforming the TA function would be an added advantage.

- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to challenge thinking and influence change.

- Hands-on knowledge of HR processes and recruitments to build recruitment efficiencies. Experience in managing large teams and growing and motivating them
