Job responsibility :
- Sales operations for all projects in NCR region, targeting, customers throughout India as well as internationally and maximize sales revenue.
- Develop sales strategies in close collaboration with Sales Head, implement efficient sales management processes reducing business risks and efficient servicing of the customer.
- Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quota; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
- Maintain brand equity by keeping control over all touch points for the customers and delivering excellent customer experience.
- Develop and maintain various channels efficiently to reach the targeted customer segment.
- Ensure that sales, customer service and commercial processes adhere to the financial and legal control parameters.
- To keep up to date with all trends in the global residential property market in its segment; capture market information and changing customer preferences in the region, analyzing them and highlighting key trends to the corporate office.
