Client is the largest media house in India having iconic brands in TV, Print, Radio, Digital, OOH.

The position is with the clients Advertising & Marketing arm of the organization. It is in the business of providing contextualized communication solutions that are unique and complimentary to cater to present and potential needs of our clients, thus creating differentiating experience across the value chain.

Profile Synopsis-

- Formulate the sales strategy through study of market intelligence and contemporary trends, innovate and develop new ideas to enable concept selling, ideate and develop channel neutral solutions for existing as well as prospective clients, and drive strategy execution through periodic reviews and project execution with the objective of meeting the National budgeted sales target for the Activation team as well as maximize the value proposition for the client to develop long term relationships.

Role deliverables :

- Gather and analyse market intelligence, trend analysis, scenario building, develop the overall business plan, communicate the plan to the team, and conduct frequent planning and review sessions in order to enable exponential growth of the segment and provide direction to the vertical.

- Basis the thought out concept, initiate contact, engage with the CEOs and Marketing Heads, develop concept selling ideas and customize to the needs of the client, accompany team members on prospective high value calls, review and present proposals, suggest appropriate communication solutions in conventional or non-conventional formats in order to increase usage from existing clients, and induce usage from new clients

- Evaluate the brief given by the client, direct the team to gather the relevant data, come up with channel neutral ideas and innovative solutions basis the brief, check for the feasibility of the plan and take relevant approvals, and prepare the presentation pitch in order to maximize the value for the client and assist in enabling exponential growth of the value of the brand.

- Oversee, control, monitor, and standardize norms with internal (edit, brand, sales, art & edit) as well as external (vendors & clients) stakeholders in order to ensure timely and smooth implementation of turnkey projects.

- Provide periodic feedback to team members on performance, identify areas and coach them for enhancement/improvement in order to maximize the effectiveness of the team

Desired Skills & Experience:

- 15+ years of experience Ideation of Multiple intellectual properties preferably in the Radio / Television / Print industry

- Open to Senior Candidates with exposure in FCT Sales/ Radio Sales/ Digital Sales however exposure to Intellectual Properties is a must.

- Strong understanding of the IP/AFP/ Customised Integration

- Ability to lead a strong/ large team

- Exposure to handling High Value Properties.

- Strong process orientation and high creative ability

- Handling P&L responsibilities.
