Job Description

To deliver operations P&L through Product planning, benchmarking and presentation while driving productivity across all stores

Operations

- Plan storewise budgeting and quarterly updation based on potential to achieve overall targets

- Drive SPD (sales per day) and ROS (rate of sale) for each department

- Ensure adherence of checklist and audit reports as per store operations procedure

- Ensure adequate resourcing, training and infrastructure prior to store launch

- Ensure product presentation as per planogram and continuous updation

- Brief marketing team for a season to improve walk ins and conversion

- Ensure store level profitability is achieved

Planning

- Finalize OTB planning

- Analyze the product mix performance and project the demand for fulfillment

- Bottom up planning by existing store sales analysis and opportunity lost, new stores sales mix and projecting next year growth

- Competition benchmarking through planning team to identify gaps

Product benchmarking

- Auditing and signing off on the range presentation every season

- Competitive pricing and positioning of product

- Product and category performance review, identify product gaps and opportunities

Store layout planning

- Align the product profile to the catchment potential

- Review the store layout, elevation, fixturing plan, option capacity, VM plan and sign off with necessary changes

- Revisit the above prior to store launch and make minor changes as needed
