Desirable Experience:
- 18-25 years of relevant experience in Marketing
- Experience in Real estate sector will be preferred
- Good communication & Interpersonal skills
- Should take the accountability & take the ownership
- Prior experience in handling big team
- Well versed with direct & indirect marketing strategies
- Ability to independently take decisions and manage and deliver on the engagements in high pressure environment
JD:
- Assisting the superiors in formulation of the sales proposition, project brief and FAQ, and costing of projects based on market feedback and information.
- Entails establishing, promoting, and maintaining company's brand to generate business.
- Ensuring the leads are generated and site visits are done through cold calling by presales team
- Develop strategies and execute tactics that communicate their company's brand message.
- Train the members in team for every project and share project specific update with management on regular basis.
- Work with agents, vendors, lawyers, and members of the press to establish a high profile for the business.
- Reviewing the leading status, team performance, campaign analysis, attendance, target status, and competition status,
- Executing marketing strategy in collaboration with other members of the sales team.
- Promoting property through marketing initiatives, and maintaining social media presence at property level and at a corporate level
- Extensive and growing knowledge of the real estate market and competitive landscape
- Advanced computer literacy, including a strong proficiency of Microsoft Office, and knowledge of branding and design principles
- Updating knowledge of sales related legal documentation and property management, as well as updating and managing social media profiles
- Maintaining accurate information on company website, and designing promotional web landing pages to track effectiveness of other marketing initiatives.
