Education - MBA / PGDM

Compensation - 12 – 18 lacs / annum

Industry Preference - Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, FMCG (However some stint in financial services preferred)

- Planning the Marketing & Communication Strategy

- Interacting with Agencies for developing the communication strategy & various creatives

- Marketing standardization Implementation in the Branch network

- Planning & Executing National Level Marketing tie-ups

- Planning & Executing ATL Strategy

- Planning & Executing BTL Strategy through RMMs

- Vendor / Collateral management

- New Branch/Product launch Pre-marketing

- Measuring Marketing effectiveness

- Managing External PR Activities

- Managing Internal PR Activities

- Managing the Fee Based Products

- 3 RMMs – North, South & West

- Reportees - 1 Manager – Fee Products
