Job Description :
- Handling P&L responsibility for the Channel across all geographies.
- Responsible for building Channel product offerings for SI, Consulting, ISV, reseller, and Agency.
- Partnerships Build and execute channel strategies by segment and geography, creating and presenting sales plans, setting milestones, measuring performance, and being accountable for results.
- Define mutual goals and objectives and build awareness and support of the overall strategic benefits of the alliance.
- Develop business plans with each Partner and ensure their successful execution.
- Review sales play metrics/effectiveness on a recurring basis with Partners and maintain pipeline and dashboards for Executive Leadership on the effectiveness of these programs.
- Lead assessments of business pursuits, RFPs analysis, and proposal reviews with Partners.
- Strong leadership and influencing skills with the ability to obtain results in an organization that he/she does not control.
- Establish rules of engagement and operational escalation procedures to quickly identify and resolve issues with Partners.
- Grow team over time to support strategic external Partnerships and the core sources of revenue for our business.
- Drive a culture based on teamwork and collaboration with accountability.
- Extensive industry network with SaaS-based solutions Partner Channel Sales experience.
- Advanced knowledge of partnership evaluation techniques including cost-benefit analysis, pricing methodology, and risk analysis.
- Proven ability to build, lead, and execute strategy in a cross-functional environment.
- Strong tolerance for ambiguity; able to focus and execute in a changing environment.
- Demonstrated analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
- Experience producing measurable results of influenced revenue or channel sales.
- Executive presence to lead and manage the most strategic Global Partnerships.
- Strong executive selling and business development skills.
- Understanding of service offering creation, marketing, lead generation, and professional services organization key performance indicators.
