- Handle the entire operations and customer service delivery processes of the company with end to end delivery of required parameters within pre decided TATs  - Managing the entire New Business Operations, Underwriting, Persistence, Customer Service and Business Intelligence for the company  - Driving all the key functions effectively with constant focus on innovation & re engineering of existing processes to make them more efficient  - Conceptualizing & creating logic & process flows and coordinating with with the in-house tech team to automate processes and enable better process management  - Own routine IRDA compliance, licensing/ Brokers guidelines (Distribution Operations)  - Preferred candidate should have similar experience working with a Life Insurance company currently or in the past.  - Should be High on initiative, self-motivated, quick decision-making and implementation skills along with granular approach to things to find out and tweak processes for better outs  - Should have minimum 8 years of team handling experience with proven skills in monitoring and motivating large cross functional teams to get the desired outputs from them  - Should have Hands on / Solution driven approach  - Good communication and presentation skills with hands on skills of MS Office
